TERMS FOR OUR SOLUTIONS

 

We appreciate each and every order!  To help us process your

order efficiently, please review the following:

 

PRICING:

·          Products within each section combine for quantity pricing.

·          Twelve cases of combined product from any section will

        qualify for last column pricing.

·          Six rolls of ribbon equal one case.

·          Item No’s / Product ID’s have been included for your

        convenience; please replace […] with the appropriate

        color. (Example: 8510[…] and you want to order

        Chamois [CFL], your item number is 8510CFL).

·          All pricing is rounded to the nearest $1.00 to avoid

        calculation discrepancies. (Example: $48.49 will be

        rounded DOWN to $48 and $48.51 will be rounded

        UP to $49).

 

PRINT / HOT STAMP TERMS:

·          See “Print Specs” Section.

 

MINIMUM ORDER:

·          $75.00 Distributor Cost.

·          $20.00 Service Charge for orders under $75.00

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

·          Net 30 Days, Subject to proper credit approval.

 

BACKORDERS:

·           All Backorders will be maintained unless notified otherwise

         in writing.

 

RETURNS:

·          All returns require authorization by Packaging Solutions.

·          No Returns will be accepted after 30 days from

        Shipment Date.

·          Any Freight incurred will be the responsibility of the

        Distributor.

·          Restocking charge is 20% of the value of the merchandise

        returned.

·          Any Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within

        15 days of receipt of order.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

·          All cancellations must be made in writing.

·          Orders Cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 5% fee

        to cover labor and administrative costs in preparation

        of the shipment.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

·          All shipments are F.O.B (Freight On Board)

        Carrollton, Texas 75006.

·          All freight shipments will be shipped prepaid and freight

        charges will be added to invoice unless noted on

        purchase orders.

·          For split shipping, there is an additional charge of $10.00

        for each additional location.

·          All shipments will have a handling charge billed with the

        freight charges.
